KDP Developers knows time is of the essence when a contract is in place. When we get a call to replace a failed septic system, we move immediately to get the soil testing and design started. We usually have a design completed within 7 to 10 days from the initial request from the client. KDP Developers will also install the system.
Nobody does it faster
If we dig the soil tests on a Monday, our surveyor will be there the same day to perform the topo and locate the test holes. The engineer will design the system within a few days. Once the system is designed, KDP will hand-deliver the paperwork to the health department for review and approval. The next day we will have a fair-price installation estimate ready for the client. As soon as the health department approves the design, we will get the installation into our schedule to meet the client’s deadline.
Pay at closing
